Leif and Anneka have been sick this week with colds and I've had two migraines. Leif has been really tired from jetlag, too, and it was a challenge for him to prepare a talk for Sunday amidst his other responsibilities this week. Here's a picture of Leif holding Anneka in front of balcony door so that the cold outside air would help her breathing. The last time she had the croup it was -40F, so we are thankful for nighttime air of +35F this time around!
On Friday evening we had Heidi and Matthew stay the night with us, as it was their parents' anniversary. And we all celebrated Inka's birthday together with dinner, cake and a game called KUDUUK. It was a lot of fun.
Hopefully we'll all be feeling better soon and will more to share about!
