Leif snapped this picture last week, as a contrast really struck him. People who don't have running water come to this well to fill their big metal jugs... and yet on the well is an advertisement for satellite television. What an interesting world we live in!
Tonight at dinner, Anneka pointed to Leif and said, "Papa-man". "You're right", we said, "Papa is a man. What is mama?" "Lady", she replied. "What are you?", we asked. "Happy", was her answer. She also said "Happy girl" over and over today in her stroller ride along with shouting "Alleluiah!" really loud. I mean really loud.

Aww, that is so sweet! I love children's enthusiasm. :) Kariya's new thing is to shout "JESUS!" at the top of her lungs...and it's totally random...in the middle of the store, in the bathroom, wherever. It's always a good time to yell out Jesus! :)
