Dad, Leif, Anneka, and I went on a walk today and at the other end of the lake came across a polar plunge. Different groups of people jumped from the ice into the freezing water as a fund raiser for the Special Olympics. We were happy to just be watching!

Okay, the funny part of this picture is the one guy near the left still has socks and sandals on. Sandals, yes--there may be rocks on the bottom. But socks? Does he think they will keep his feet warm? Ha ha ha!!!
