Compass

We're on our way to "Compass", the college student group that we work with every Thursday night. The purpose of "Compass" is to help students to grow in 4 aspects: physically, socially, intellectually, and spiritually. Every other week, we have a game night- both active games and board games. On the off weeks, we share about topics of interest such as HIV, relationships, or quiz students in the format of "Who Wants to Be a Millionare?". Here's a picture of Leif teaching the students basketball the week before last. Tonight is a sports' night as well. We're off the catch the marshrutka! (little van for public transportation)

Hey Leif and Jami,

Glad to see Compass alive and kicking. We have it here in Ekat too if you didn't know. Things are going well. Look forward to visiting you guys hopefully in the Summer if not the Spring.

God bless,
Chris

jami, that is so cool that you're teaching a rounded course of topics for compass! im lately so into that, like not isolating the spiritual away from all other aspects of life... everything is so connected! hm....... PTL for what you guys are doing there!
